Jola is a graduate of banking and finance from Wroclaw University of Economics and joined First Data Poland as Manager of Sales and Consulting in the Bank Services Division in 2012. Since 2014, as Managing Director of Global Financial Solutions, Jolahas been responsible for sales of products and services to the financial sector, creating long-term relationships and business development.
Throughout her career she has held the position of Regional Manager contributing to the development of retail banking at Bank Handlowy,Warsaw (formerlyCitibank)and as Managing Director of Getin Bank she developed a new chain of retail banks in addition to being responsible for retail sales and SMEs, development of branch offices and outsourced sale chains. Jola has also served as an advisor to the Management Board at the Polish national bank, PKO BP and, subsequentlyasManaging Director Sales Department at this bank, she was responsible for the areas of retail, mortgage and private banking, SMEs and for PKO agencies and intermediaries. Jola has also served as a member of the Supervisory Board at Kredobank in Ukraine.
During 2008 Jolawas instrumental in the launch of Allianz Bank Poland and contributed to the development of operation processes and bank products. As a member of the Management Board she was responsible for product implementation in the sales chain, sales of own products and Allianz group products as well as for launching an own branch office chain.

On 27 November 2015, Tadeusz Kościński was appointed Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economic Development.
Tadeusz Kościński is responsible for the development and implementation of rules governing trade between the European Union and third states, issues related to economic security and supervising the provision of services related to electronic signature. Tadeusz Kościński coordinates activities related to the government’s investment policy. He supervises tasks which are related to functions performed by the Minister in the capacity of a Certifying Authority.
He has been working in the banking sector throughout his professional career. From 1997, he served as a director at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. Previously, he had worked at Polski Bank Rozwoju S.A., Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy, Bank Śląski and Bank Pomorski, and at two banks in London.

Katarzyna Zubrzycka has many years of experience working in the banking sectors of non-cash payments, loyalty programs and FMCG. In Raiffeisen Polbank served, among others, the director of department of sales of transactional banking and financial markets. Previously, she was director of the area of clearing services in Polbank, as well as managing director of marketing POLCARD. In Amrest worked as a brand manager Pizza Hut in Poland and brand manager of KFC in the Czech Republic, and as the director of marketing Premium Club has implemented the first multi-partner loyalty program in Poland.
She graduated from the University of Economics in Wroclaw, English Philology at Wroclaw University, Harvard Leadership Academy / Harvard Business School and an MBA from National Louis University.
Wojciech Pantkowski, Dyrektor Zarządzający, Departament Klienta Detalicznego, Bank Pekao S.A.

He started his professional career in 1998 in BRE Bank SA, where he worked as bank expert. In 2005 he was responsible for launching payment card issuance at DZ Bank Polska SA.
From 2005 to 2009 he was Product Manager in First Data Poland responsible for the development of issuance and personalization services, transaction monitoring and fraud detection systems, as well as EMV migration process.
From July 2009 as Sales Manager and later on as Business Development Director, he is responsible for sales in financial services sector and strategy of development of mobile payment and mobile channels security services in Poland.
President of Foundation for Development of Cashless Payments
Mr Łaniewski took over the position of the President of the Foundation for Development of Cashless Payments in Feburary 2012. Until the end of January 2012 he was the Head of the Foundation’s Executive Committee. One of its principal achievements that was long desired was the significant decrease in charges for card transactions that used to be one of the highest within the European Union.
Earlier, for over twelve years, Mr Łaniewski had been working in positions related to financial management at Lotos Paliwa Sp. z o.o. At that time he was also a Management Board Member, CFO, Management Board Plenipotentiary for Strategic Projects and Commercial Proxy of the Company. He is a Finances and Banking major, a graduate from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk.
Since 1996 she has been associated with the company METRO GROUP in Poland. Since 2000 serves as Director of the Representative Office of METRO AG in Poland, representing the company to the state authorities, non-governmental organizations and trade associations. President of the Polish Trade and Distribution Organisation and Vice-President of the Confederation Lewiatan. Vice President of EuroCommerce, President of the Council for Trade in Central and Eastern Europe, represents the modern trade to the EU institutions in Brussels and takes action against trade restrictions which confine single European market.
Piotr Alicki is a graduate of the Mathematics and Physics Department of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He has a longstanding and extensive experience in management of banking system IT projects.
On 2 November 2010 Piotr Alicki became a Vice President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski SA for the term of office of that governing body commenced on 20 May 2008. On June 26, 2014 he was re-appointed for a joint three – year term of the Board and further within serves as the Vice President of the Management Board, in charge of Information Technology and Services.
Since 11 October 2011 he has been the Chairman of the Electronic Banking Council of the Polish Banks Association. From October 6, 2014 is a Member of the Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (mortgage bank).
From 1 May 2011 to April 2015 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Visa Europe, where he represented PKO Bank Polski SA and other banks with Polish and seven countries in our sub-region.
In the years 1990-98 in the IT Department of Pomorski Bank Kredytowy SA in Szczecin, he was its Director from 1997, with responsibilities spanning design, development, implementation and operational oversight of all the bank’s transaction systems. In the years 1999 to 2010 he continued his career in Bank Pekao SA: subsequently as the Head of the IT Systems Maintenance and Development Department and since 2006 as the Head of the Bank’s Information Technology Division. His key achievements there included, among others: integration of the IT systems of four banks (Pekao, PBKS, BDK and PBG); implementation of the bank’s Integrated Information System and management of its IT based business analysis; and management of IT systems integration and migration of data from the BPH to the Pekao bank systems, including participation in the working group responsible for the design and preparation of the entire integration process.
In PKO Bank Polski S.A. as supervisor of Information Technology and Services, realized among others the following projects: integration of systems from Inteligo to Bank, the merger and integration from Nordea Bank Poland to PKO BP, IKO mobile payment system, which has been the for creating of Polski Standard Płatności (Polish standard payments).
Piotr Alicki took active part in the work of the Polish Bank Association: as a member of its Steering Committee for the Development of Bank Infrastructure, Payments System Committee, Issues Committee for Banking and Bank Financial Services, and its Electronic Banking Council. Since 2000 he has been a member of the Supervisory Council of the Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A. (Polish national clearing chamber) and its Chairman in the years 2005-10. He is also a member of the Payments System Council working under the auspices of the National Bank of Poland, where in the years 2002-10 he represented Bank Pekao SA and since 2010 he has been representing PKO Bank Polski S.A. He also sat on a number of supervisory boards of the Bank Pekao SA Group companies. Since he became Vice-President of PKO Bank Polski S.A. he also was the member of the supervisory boards of the companies from PKO BP Capital Group – Inteligo Financial Services and Nordea Bank Poland.
He has been awarded the National Bank of Poland President’s honorary distinction for Merits to Polish Banking; and won the titles of the IT Sector Leader 1997, IT Sector Leader 2010 and the IT Sector Leader 2012.
Since joining the Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A. in 1995, where he is currently a Vice President of the Management Board, Michal’s career has been linked to business development, strategy and both the practical and theoretical aspects of payment systems. His achievements include the successful introduction of the settlement finality project (2004), and establishing a local clearing/STEP2 connection through the implementation of the EuroELIXIR system (2005). In 2002, he obtained a Ph.D. at the Warsaw School of Economics.
His work experience is not limited to Poland, as in 2001 he participated as an expert in an economic development project in Montenegro sponsored by USSID. Since 2012, he is a member of the Board of Directors of European Automated Clearing House Association (EACHA). In 2015 he was appointed a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the European Clearing Cooperative.
Mariusz Cholewa, 44 is a Polish native. A graduate from the Faculty of Management, University of Gdańsk (1995). In 2005, he was awarded a PhD in Economics. He also completed postgraduate studies in Banking and Finance with specialisation in Investment Banking – a joint programme of the London Guildhall University, Gdańsk Academy of Banking and University of Gdańsk.
In the years 1993-1998, he worked for Gdańska Akademia Bankowa (Gdańsk Academy of Banking) as a Member of the Management Board and he was involved in researches conducted by the Market Economy Research Institute (IBNGR).
In the years 1995-2003, he was an associate professor at the Faculty of Management, University of Gdańsk.
From 2007 to 2010, he was the President of the Management Board of Bank Rozwoju Cukrownictwa S.A.
Since 1998, he has worked for Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.(Citi Handlowy) where he held different managerial positions, including the Director of the Strategy Department of Strategy (until April 2013).

Marek Paradowski has gained years of experience as a member of Boards of Directors. He is a specialist in the debit/credit cards market as well as a panellist and expert in non-cash payments meetings. Chairman of the Acquirers Committee acting in cooperation with the Polish Bank Association (Zwiazek Bankow Polskich).
CEO of Vivus Finance, payday loans leader in Poland. Responsible, for building Polbank’s mortgage offer and sales network. Developed offer for small businesses. Started Vivus in 2012. Graduated at Uniwersytet Jagielloński, Szkoła Główna Handlowa and Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology.
Krzysztof Urbanowicz graduated Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Civil Engineering, as well as Marketing and Management studies at University of Warsaw. Krzysztof Urbanowicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Management of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (MBA). He was awarded the academic degree of MBA on the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and he finished studies at AMP University of Navarra IESE Business School. Krzysztof Urbanowicz graduated many foreign and domestic courses including advanced management programmes in Insead and St. Gallen Universities, as well as Startup Academy, Facebook advertisement, Google Adwords, Landing Pages, SEO and Positioning.
Between 2010-2015, as a President of the Management Board at ELZAB S.A. he has won the “Giełdowa Spółka Roku” award in 2015 reaching ELZAB growth rates increase by 1600% within three years. The company led by him has been awarded with many prizes including “Teraz Polska”, “Red Dot Award”, “Byki i Niedźwiedzie”, “Dobry wzór”, “Fair Play”. During his stay in London, he was working in many places around the world including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Venezuela, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan and the Czech Republic.

He started to deal with the industry during his university time with the research of Siemens Eurochip for TPSA. He cooperated with Wincor Nixdorf till 2012, starting as a project manager and finally being the director of card payment department. Since autumn 2011 he took on a position of Area Delivery Manager and Practice Lead in Retail Consulting and Integrated Solutions for Eastern Europe region. He joined MCX Systems in August 2012, responsible for strategy and business development, now also Vice President of the management Board.In the years 1997-2012 was a member of Polish Body of International Standardization Organization, Committee 172 for ID cards. He is the author of many industry publications and conference lectures. He practices regularly sport, is interested in philosophy and foreign languages.

By being actively engaged in multiple non-profit organisations, he promotes digital business as board member of Ecommerce Europe, Association of Digital Technologies Employers Lewiatan, Digital Market Development Foundation. He is also active within multiple internet start-up coaching initiatives as mentor.
As Head of Supervisory Board of PBI (Polish Internet Research), he initiated measurement standardfor the Internet in Poland by coordinating joint efforts of 6 largest Internet competitors.
Grzegorz Długosz has been appointed a President of Polski Standard Płatności (the Polish Payment Standard) on June 10, 2015.
Since April 1, 2014, he was a Vice President PSP, responsible for business development payments.
Grzegorz has had a long and successful career creating business growth and innovation in the banking sector in Poland.
Notably, at the turn of the millennium, the year 2000, he took an active part in the launch of Bank Millennium, with lead responsibilities for building and launching the credit cards for both of the Visa and American Express brands.
From late 2000 to 2004, he set about to create one of Poland’s first Internet bank Inteligo, within this project he initiated and stream lined the first full outsourcing of payment cards and their services within the Polish market.
In 2005-2008, he served as Director of Card Operations Center in PKO Polish Bank, managing a team of 200 employees serving over 8 million customers.
Since 2008, he worked at First Data in Poland, where he served as a board member, responsible for the business line of services for banks and financial institutions, in particular for sales and product development as well as overseeing risk and compliance issues in the company.
Grzegorz has also been an advisor to Visa Europe. A product marketing advisor to Mastercard Europe and has also served as Chairman of the Working Group – SEPA Cards PL.
He is a graduate of the University of Marie Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin obtaining a degree in mathematics. He completed courses organized by Suples and Europay Academy, DePaul University Chicago – Department of Finance, and the International School of Banking and Finance in Katowice, in collaboration with the University of Wales, Bangor.

Bartosz Ciolkowski since January 2014 as General Manager MasterCard Europe is responsible for MasterCard Polish operation based in Warsaw.
He joined MasterCard in 2005, where he was responsible for Credit Cards Business development in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 2009 was responsible for MasterCard Advisors business development in Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Croatia and CIS countries. During his work in MasterCard Advisors he was involved in over 50 projects in Central and Eastern Europe from both issuing and acquiring businesses mostly with banks and retailers. Some of them were: retail and banking driven multimerchant programs development, loyalty program implementations, co-branding mostly in airline, petrol, retail and fashion industries, payments products profitability optimization, pre-paid and innovative products development.
Since January 2013 as Head of Sales in MasterCard Warsaw office he was responsible for MasterCard business development with Banks in Poland.
His former experience includes Pekao SA where he was Card Business Development Department Manager responsible for payment cards and acquiring products development. Prior to Pekao SA he was project manager in BZ WBK eBusiness area involved in EMV implementation and POS network acquiring business development.

She has been involved in the financial and payment services sector since 2000. She acquired experience in the banking and telecommunications while working in Polish and foreign corporations (Citigroup, T-Mobile among others) and as a freelance adviser. In the years 2013-2017 she has been in charge of PayTel SA. She is a Board Member of the Coalition for Development of Cashless and Micro-Payments.
Graduated of Interdepartmental Individual Studies in Humanities at the University of Warsaw and International MBA program at the Warsaw University of Technology accredited by the London Business School. She is a PhD student in the Collegium of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. She takes part in the “Presidents- Volunteers” Coalition as well is involved in the financial education projects.
Adam Tochmański is Director of Payment Systems Department in the Narodowy Bank Polski and Secretary of the Payment Systems Council (advisory body to the NBP Management Board). He is also a member of the Market Infrastructure and Payments Committee in the European System of Central Banks and Chairman of the Coalition for Cashless Payments and Micropayments. He has worked for Narodowy Bank Polski since 1987. He graduated in Economics from Warsaw University.
